Service line 01

Electrical automation & industrial control

From a single machine's control panel to a line-wide supervisory system. We work on new builds and — more often — on equipment that has to keep producing while it is brought up to date.

  • PLC programming. New programs, modifications and rescue work on undocumented code, with the logic handed back to you.
  • HMI programming. Operator screens that show the process as operators actually describe it, including alarms and recipes.
  • SCADA programming. Supervisory screens, data logging and reporting across multiple machines.
  • Motor controls. Starters, VFDs and servo systems — selection, panel wiring, parameterisation and tuning.
  • Machine guarding & safety. Interlocks, safety relays, light curtains and e-stop circuits brought to a defensible standard.
  • Machine upgrades. Obsolete controllers, drives and panels replaced with supported hardware, with minimum downtime planned in.

Servicing is carried out to the equipment manufacturer's maintenance intervals and checklists, whichever brand the package is.

Service line 02

Compressed air & gas systems

Compressed air is the most expensive utility in most plants and the least monitored. We look after the whole system, not just the compressor that happens to be alarming.

  • Preventive maintenance (PMS). Scheduled service against running hours, with filters, separators, coolant and valve kits changed on interval.
  • Gas generation & treatment. On-site nitrogen and oxygen generation, dryers, filtration and purification sized to the purity your process needs.
  • Repair & maintenance. Breakdown response, fault diagnosis, component replacement and air-end overhaul.
  • Controls upgrade. Modern controllers and sequencers fitted to older packages for pressure stability and energy savings.
  • Synchronisation of controls. Multiple compressors sequenced to share load properly instead of fighting each other on pressure band.
  • Start-up & commissioning. Installation checks, first-run settings and handover with baseline readings recorded.
  • Inspection. System surveys covering pressure drop, dew point, leakage and demand profile.
Service line 03

Panel fabrication, installation & rehabilitation

We are specialised in programming machines and rehabilitating control panels from old controllers to current versions of industrial controllers — and in building the replacement panel when rehabilitation is no longer worth it.

Control panel assembly

Designed, wired, labelled and tested to your standard, voltage and enclosure rating — with drawings you can maintain from.

Electrical & mechanical installation

Equipment set, piped, wired and commissioned — coordinated with your shutdown window rather than against it.

Controls rehabilitation

Old controllers migrated to supported hardware with the process behaviour preserved, not reinvented.

Equipment & electrical troubleshooting

Wide experience in mechanical, electrical and control troubleshooting on industrial and manufacturing equipment.

Service line 04

Hot tapping & line stopping

Valve replacement and new tie-ins on live lines. The section you need to work on is isolated temporarily, so the rest of the system keeps running — no full shutdown, no draining the line down and refilling it afterwards.

  • Valve replacement without taking the whole system down
  • New branch connections into an existing live line
  • Temporary isolation for repairs and modifications
  • Planned with your operations team, sized to the line and service

When this is the answer

A failed isolation valve on a header that feeds the whole plant. A tie-in for new equipment on a line that never gets a shutdown window. Anywhere the cost of stopping production dwarfs the cost of the valve itself.

Machine programming & control rehabilitation

An obsolete controller on a hydraulic press migrated to current hardware, with the panel rebuilt and the operator station relabelled — same process behaviour, supportable parts.

Nitrogen generation system

On-site PSA nitrogen generation installed onto the existing compressed air system — generator, buffer vessel, filtration and piping commissioned as one package.

Equipment controls rehabilitation

Dryer and compressor controls rebuilt around a current PLC and HMI, so operators can see the process and the plant stops guessing at a fault.

Hot tapping & line stopping

Valve replacement on a live header — the line isolated locally so the rest of the system kept running, with no drain-down and no plant-wide shutdown.

Maintenance programmes

Scheduled, checklisted, and written down

A maintenance agreement puts your equipment on our calendar and your spares in the plan. Every visit follows an inspection sheet built for that equipment family.

Installed base on record

Every machine we cover is logged with model, serial, location and service history — so the next visit starts from what the last one found.

Field service reports

Readings, checklist results, parts used and open items — issued after every visit and signed off on site.

Spares planned ahead

Service kits reserved against your next interval, and critical spares identified before the failure that needs them.
